Are your pet sitters background checked?

Yes. All sitters go through a rigorous screening process including criminal background checks, verification of pet care credentials like Pet First Aid/CPR, reference checks, and extensive interviews.

Do you care for all types of pets?

Yes. We provide services for dogs, cats, and most domesticated pets.

Does my dog or cat need certain shots to receive sitting services?

Depending on the pet’s age, most dogs and cats require up-to-date rabies vaccinations. Dogs will also need a Distemper/DAPP/DHLP/DA2PP/ DHPP or DPP with Adenovirus shot, and cats FVRCP. It is highly recommended that all pets are on a flea and tick regimen, and for dogs, a heartworm prevention protocol.

Do you offer sitting services outside of my home?

Yes. We offer services at other locations where you are, such as your business, your relative’s home, or your hotel.

How far in advance should I book sitting services?

It is easier to guarantee a pet sitter for your booking with more notice. We do need finalized dates to confirm a booking.

How do I book sitting services?

You can contact us through our website or give us a call. We will be asking about your pet, what services are needed, and when. We’ll then match your pet with a professional sitter.

Can I meet my pet sitter before services?

Yes. We highly recommend it. We arrange a complimentary meet and greet between you and your pet sitter.

Will I receive updates while I’m away?

Yes. You tell us what type of updates you prefer, such as pictures, texts, or calls. You also let us know when you want those updates.

Will my pet have the same sitter each time?

Yes, if that pet sitter is available. We understand the importance of consistency and try to have the same sitter provide services for your pet each time.

What services do you offer?

We offer in-home pet sitting, drop-in visits, overnight care, and pet companionship while you’re away. Our sitters follow your pet’s routine closely, including feeding, walks, playtime, medication, and lots of love.
